A question I get asked by clients a lot is ‘how can I stop yo-yo dieting & make a long term positive physique transformation??’

What really allows for such dramatic changes within a person??? It’s not a quick dramatic process ! You need patience & consistency & to change little by little.


Is it what you see - the business meeting that led to the big deal, the career change that led to the financial abundance, the new partner that led to a location or lifestyle change…

We grasp at an illusion but what really allows for such dramatic change is what occurs within a person. The slow accumulation of knowledge and skill, the incremental improvements in work habits and the ability to withstand criticism. Any change in people's fortunes & physique is merely the visible manifestation of all that deep preparation over time.


By ignoring this internal invisible aspect, we fail to change anything fundamental and after a few years we grow frustrated , we crave change and we grab quick and fiscal things.


Look inwards and focus on the small internal changes that lay the groundwork for a much larger change in fortune.
