or Consistency in following your plan , but the real truth is, even if you have all those things in place , the key factor that you can’t succeed without is your motivation, your WHY, your ‘Pivotal Thought.’
This will be different for everyone, and you have to figure out yours.
Then, when the going gets tough & you feel an overwhelming urge to skip another workout or order take away rather than cook, that pivotal thought will creep in and keep you on track.
For example, you might dream of feeling confident taking your kids swimming, or want to do a confidence photo shoot, or even just make an ex-partner realise what a mistake they made !!!
When you feel like cheating on your plan, which you feel constantly feel like (it’s never easy), whatever the plan is, consciously tap into this pivotal thought and stay on track.
