Here is a list of things I can help you with!


  1. FAT LOSS - if you are overweight or have stubborn fatty areas that you hate the first thing to do is get lean enough that they disappear! This takes anywhere between 12-20 weeks of staying in a calorie deficit and incorporating cardio and steps each day but is worth it in the end! Why? Because your body will change shape forever!

  2. MUSCLE GAIN / SHAPE CREATION - if you are already lean / skinny and want to build a physique then you need to go through a build phase to increase your muscle mass.

  3. IMPROVE POSTURE - some people don't need to lose weight or gain muscle but they may suffer from bad posture which is causing back pain / hip joint pain/ shoulder pain etc. This can usually be improved through focused training in the gym.

  4. GENERAL CARDIOVASCULAR FITNESS - if you can't walk up stairs without feeling breathless or you know you need to 'start somewhere' I am a trainer that won't 'throw you in at the deep end' - I have a phased program to ease you in gently but ensure you progress as quickly as possible!

  5. GROUP / COUPLES TRAINING - if you prefer to train with a group / your partner or friend I can provide in person or online training to make it fun for you!

  6. INFORMATION - if you have a niggling question about some aspect of your diet or training or something health related in general then I can help with that too!
