Why I No Longer Sell 6/8/12 Week Plans


Us humans have a short attention span.


It is easy to get hyped up & motivated for a short term plan. You massively change your diet, increase exercise and change your lifestyle to complete the plan successfully.


In actual fact after the plan finishes you will do 1 of 2 things...


You will either....revert to old habits and undo most if not all of the positive change you have made towards your goals.

Or

You will buy a new plan and continue longer than the initial plan anyway.


You are not equipped with the fundamental information & habit change to continue on the right path long term.


You need a minimum of 12 months continuous coaching with someone who holds you accountable and answers all your questions, someone who has figured it all out over the longer term.


My transformation programme is 12 monthS. it gives you time to really nail the mindset shift to make the necessary long term adjustments.


During the 12 months there is no time shortage or pressure to do everything NOW. Transformation is a journey. It has ebbs and flows. You have your steps forwards and steps back. You have progress and maintenance; sometimes regression. That's fine because that is the natural path.


It is not going to be daily progress. There will be hiccups and things that slow you down. 12 months gives you leeway and room to plug back in to the programme when you fall out of the program. To keep in touch with me and learn valuable tools on how to overcome the obstacles.


12 months is enough time to change from the inside out and get on the self sufficient path for when the 12 months is over.


It is tempting to believe that someone can help you transform everything you want to change with a few weeks, a few plans and a bit of money. Unfortunately I am here to tell you it is unrealistic in most cases. You need to go deeper.
